A Relationship Work 

The builder doesn't begin building from the roof, he neither begins from the lintel or the door post; he begins with the foundation. As an engineer and a longest time lover of buildings, structures and features, I can tell for a solid fact that except for the upside down bungalow; a 3D feature for a house, no builder begins erecting from the roof. 

Which brings me to the roots, so let's discuss love in the most closest way to me and you as an individual. I'll first of stand on the basis that love differs in meaning to all man kind. This is to tell that what is good for the geese is not exactly good for the gander. Come to think of it, the definition of love nowadays has been deliberately bastardized. So much for 'One love' the famous song by Bob Marley.

The holy books speaks a great deal on the subject 'Love your neighbor as yourself'. One of my greatest scriptures huh, but how am I to love my neighbor when I couldn't be sure less if I actually love myself or even know what loving myself means. 

And then I take note, how much same scriptures echoes the fact that you can't give what you don't have, so how do I love my neighbor for myself or whatever that means. For an inquisitive young man, with years spent through being a toddler, an adolescent and finally an upper class youth. I ask again 'What makes a relationship work?'

On a daily or rather most a times, I ask myself the questions of: What do I need or rather deserve from a friendship, What do I do to show how much I love this fellow, Do my friends and family really love me, Yeah I know God loves me, but am I aware of how much God loves me and retrospectively do I love myself?. These and many more questions ruble through my mind field, making me wonder wildly.
             
Hey dear reader, do you feel like no one knows you, like actually do know you. Wait a minute how much of secrets do you have crept up in the deepest closets of your mind. Hmmm, yo getting scared already but stay with me it's not as hard as it looks, it's just some quick thoughts and actions away.
             
So let's list some few things, you and I think all relationship needs. Some will say love first but I'll begin the list with communication. Yes the usual 'Heys' and 'His' coupled with the unusual 'Are you going my way' lol. I'll keep the second line for car drivers or people like myself whom I would assume, thinks the essence of a walk is strolling alongside some fancy fellow.
             
Communication is actually very important and actually basic. Just like telling the cab man or driver where you're heading and when to hit the brakes, also telling the seller what you'll purchase. Communication a master key to the door of any relationship.
             
After the acknowledging the existence of such fellow, you could take the liberty to get to knowing each other better; individual names, facts, hobbies and interests even to the unfamiliar likes and disllikes. Well to most peoples oblivion. These acts happen to be quite the most important and bedrock of every relationship, so they tend to make it a joke. In all honesty, you need no faking or undignified impression, just be yourself and let fate play.
